Every user must strictly follow the rules below when using 16216. Any violation may result in 16216 taking action at its discretion.
- Fraud, manipulation, or any deceptive activity on the platform is strictly forbidden.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or information is prohibited.
- Use of the platform with automated bots, scripts, or third-party software is prohibited.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotional offers (e.g., using multiple accounts) will result in termination.
- Harassment or offensive behavior towards other members is completely unacceptable.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
Payment, Transactions & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on 16216 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local payment methods.
- Specific minimum and maximum limits apply for deposits and withdrawals.
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification; processing times depend on the payment method.
- Deposited funds must come from verified personal payment methods.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- 16216 is not responsible for transactions made with incorrect information.
- Suspicious transactions may be held pending verification.
- Account verification (KYC) must be completed; otherwise, large withdrawals may be delayed.

In case of term violations, 16216 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts. Funds may be confiscated for proven illegal activity. Appeal account closure decisions by contacting support.
